Standard Delivery Procedure

Radios ordered from DecoRadioSales.com are shipped from Canada. We use Canada Post Air Mail for shipping orders originating in Canada. Typically, these orders take approx. 10 business days from the day you receive your final confirmation email stating that your order has been processed along with your final total, including shipping.

Defective Product Returns

We accept returns on defective items. All items returned must be in the same condition as received.

If radios are ordered and received with defects, the radio will be replaced if another one is available. Alternately, the customer may elect to choose a replacement from our site at the same price, or may order radio at a higher price level and just pay the difference.

If a replacement radio is not available, your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card (less shipping) upon receipt of defective goods. Alternately, you may choose to retain a credit note with us toward a future order, in which case your credit note will include shipping costs.

Return postage shall be the responsibility of the Customer; replacement shipping shall be the responsibility of PrimeauMusic.com.

Defective Product Return Procedure

Following these easy return instructions will result in quick and easy returns, and therefore will mean faster replacement of your item.

To initiate return of defective product, please contact us by filling in the form that can be obtained by clicking here. Be sure to describe the nature of the defect. Please include original order number as well as the person's name the item was ordered under and date ordered.

Upon receipt of this information, a representative of Primeau Music will contact you by telephone or email with return address, shipping and customs declaration instructions and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

RMA# must be clearly written on outside of shipping container so it can be easily read by carrier.

Items returned without RMA# on outside of package will not be received and will automatically be returned to sender.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you follow all return instructions carefully as failure to follow these instructions may result in additional Customs or Shipping charges.
